CrossRoads Real Estate Group has always been dedicated to the needs of the consumer and providing excellent personal service tailored to the needs of each individual. We have been serving Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut since the early 1980’s and remain today, one of the area’s leading real estate brokerages.

 After many years as a local Woonsocket office, the firm expanded its operation in 1991 when it was affiliated with Century 21 and became known as Century 21 Crossroads and remained a franchisee until it chose to disaffiliate in 2014.

 In 1996, Crossroads opened a second office in Chepachet, RI to better serve the burgeoning Burrillville, Glocester, Northwest RI and nearby Connecticut markets. In 2019 a third office was opened in Cumberland RI to better serve that area. Because of the offices’ proximity to Massachusetts and Connecticut, CrossRoads is licensed in all 3 states and is a member of their Multiple Listing Services. With 35+ experienced associates, living in all 3 states, CrossRoads has the expertise to represent our clients with residential, multi-family, land, and commercial properties.
